Vital feedback for the serious triathlete and multisporter – SportsDo is with you every stage

Multisport

In multisport events you're competing against two tough forces: the clock and your own body. SportsDo is the first practical aid I've found for training, competing and recording my progress. It brings real-time performance data to my phone so I know how I'm doing.

Hear your stats

Live stats on my speed, distance covered, pace and gradient add real feedback to my progress. I can have selected stats shown in large format on the screen, changing between them with one click. There's also a handy summary screen with all the stats in one place. I can even have SportsDo announce my stats at the intervals I want, relayed over my phone's speaker or earphones. The announcements work with music too, so I can set my motivational playlist going and stay in touch with my stats without any distraction.

Everything recorded

Starting and stopping race stages or transitions is a snap. SportsDo records all my stats for each segment so I can see my relative performance in each stage as well as the transitions. On-phone graphs and charts let me see my performance profile at a glance. They're the first things I check when I'm over the finish line.

Always with you

Because it uses the global GPS satellite system, SportsDo always knows exactly where I am and draws incredibly accurate route traces. The phone shows me a route trace for each stage of the event, with colour-coded segments indicating my different speeds.

Sharing online

SportsDo works with or without a phone signal, but if I'm in coverage I can switch on SportsDo Live and it'll transmit regular updates on my progress automatically to the web. That way my friends can follow me in real time – it's not always possible for everyone in the office to head off to Hawaii, after all!

Online journal

After the event I can upload all my saved information to the SportsDo portal. My activity information is organised in a personal log page which I can add comments to. Remember my route traces? Well, the portal links these into Google Maps and Google Earth so I can see the course in incredible detail. There's no time to take pictures while I'm competing, but sometimes during my training I'll take a few shots, especially if I'm running or cycling somewhere new. These pictures appear automatically in my log, linked to the map locations where they were taken.

Training companion

Multisport challenges so many personal attributes, both physical and mental. It's vital to train correctly and devise appropriate race strategies for each stage so that you manage your energy and endurance as best you can. SportsDo provides the key stats I need to feed into my training programme and helps me get even more out of competing in the world's most challenging races.
